hand crafted
The entire suit is built out of EVA foam mats and 6 mm foam sheets. The patterns were designed by hand using a duct tape mannequin, patterning paper and masking tape. The foam was glued together using contact cement, and a sealing layer of Creature Cast Rubber was sprayed onto all the pieces prior to painting.
Painting was done with Createx airbrush acrylicis, and clear coated with Angelus brand High Gloss Acrylic Finisher
